IF YOU AREN’T ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH US SO WE CAN MAKE IT RIGHT. WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A REFUND. WE WILL ACCEPT A RETURN ON I COGNITO ITEMS THAT ARE IN NEW CONDITION, UNWORN, AND FREE OF DAMAGES. THE ORIGINAL LABELS NEED TO BE INCLUDED.
PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT ALL CUSTOM PIECES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN COSTS.
The items return at the expense and risk of the customer. No refunds will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. The costs for the return shipment must be carried by the customer.
For orders that are returned to us from outside the EU kindly note:
Any duties / costs related to the return have to be born by you and will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself about how to declare the goods in order to avoid any extra costs before shipping your return.
For orders that are returned to us from the EU kindly note:
Please be informed that if in case of an order from European Union will be return and the shipping has been free, please note that we will deducted this value from the refund.

RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR OFFICE. THE COST OF THE SHIPPING IS CARRIED BY THE CUSTOMER.
