I COGNITO offers complimentary shipping on all orders over 250€ for the European Union and all orders over 500€ for outside the European Union.

All orders are dispatched within 5-12 business days after being placed. If you have placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we will start making your order on the following business day.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and delivery details.

The estimated delivery time is between 3 to 15 business days.

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to additional taxes or fees. In all cases, both shipping and return, from countries outside the EU, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred.

Our brand is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-12 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description - please note if you are buying something in pre-order or some product that have specific information.
If you purchase multiple items and one is noted as pre-order, all items will be shipped together at the later date.
