SHIPPING

I COGNITO offers complimentary shipping on all orders over 250€ for the European Union and all orders over 500€ for outside the European Union.

After your payment has been successfully completed, your shipping process will start and you will receive an email with confirmation of your process. We will work on dispatching you order within 5-12 working days. If you have placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we will start making your order on the following working day.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and delivery details.

The estimated delivery time is between 3 to 15 working days.

Orders outside the European Union may be  may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
I COGNITO  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Please provide us a full precise address and contact number. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to ICOGNITO and lead to additional costs for the customer; therefore, it is recommended that the customer always makes sure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is indeed correct and complete.

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-12 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description - please note if you are buying something in pre-order or some product that have specific information. If you purchase multiple items and one is noted as pre-order, all items will be shipped together at the later date.
