Free shipping to Portugal e Espanha over 80€.
All our orders to Europe and the rest of the world will be sent by DHL Express.
Please note that we will dispatch your order within 3-15 working days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise in the product description. If your order includes multiple items and one is a pre-order or has specific shipping details, all items will be shipped together at the later date. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will start being processed on the next working day.

- MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We do our best to ensure that all orders arrive as quickly as possible. We recommend that you contact the customer support team with your name and order number so that we can help you receive your order as quickly as possible!
- WILL I PAY CUSTOMS FEES FOR MY ORDER?
Orders outside the European Union may be may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
I COGNITO is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Customs costs and customs fees are unique to each country and are the responsibility of the consumer. - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADDRESS ACCURACY AND RETURN COSTS
Please provide us a full precise address and contact number. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to ICOGNITO and lead to additional costs for the customer; therefore, it is recommended that the customer always makes sure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is indeed correct and complete.
Suppose a customer provides an incorrect destination address or contact information, resulting in the return of the shipment to our warehouse in Portugal. In that case, all associated return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, customers will be charged for any fees imposed by the destination country's policies regarding the entry of goods. The fees may also vary according to the laws of each country.
